How do I get an account?

Select Create account and enter your name, email and a password, then your business details. If you already have an account, sign in from the top of this page.

Can clients pay with DuitNow QR?

Yes. Upload your DuitNow QR in settings and it appears on the pay page of every invoice, next to your bank details.

How are invoices sent?

By email or WhatsApp, straight from Invoixe. Every invoice also has its own online link and a PDF.

Can my invoices be in Malay?

Yes. Choose Bahasa Melayu or English for your invoices in document settings.

Can I change how my invoices look?

Yes. There are four designs, Classic, Modern, Corporate and Bold, and each one carries your logo and company details.

Can I manage more than one company?

Yes. Switch between companies from the menu at the top of the sidebar.

How do I record a cash payment?

Record it on the invoice yourself, whether cash, cheque, card or transfer, and the balance due updates.
